  • Hardness is a chemical parameter of water that represents the total concentration of calcium and magnesium ions. It is called hardness because if calcium and magnesium are present in your water, making a lather or suds for washing is "hard" to do. in the making of Water Softener plants, we use the highest grade materials that ensures sturdiness and durability.

Hard water is the water that contains high quality minerals. Hard water is formed when the water percolates through deposits of lime stones, chalk or gypsum which are largely made up of calcium and magnesium carbonates, bicarbonates and sulfates. Water softener Plant is required to soften this hard water. The basic solution this plant provides is the less use of soap for any cleaning purpose.

Water softening is an important process, because the hardness of water in households and companies is reduced during this process. When the water is hard it can clog the pipelines and the soap used to clean will dissolve in it less easily. Water Softening plants are used to prevent the negative effects of the water. Regular cleaning with hard water has a very high risk of Lime scale deposits in the household water system. Due to this lime scale deposits, the pipelines have a high risk of getting blocked and the efficiency of hot boilers and tanks are reduced. The lime scale deposits have a lot of negative effects, another one of them is that it has damaging effects on household machinery.

Water softening means increasing the life span of household machines, pipelines and it also improves the life span and working of the solar heating system, air conditioning units and many other water based applications.
